Board of Directors Elections
The next directors election is scheduled for Saturday, May 6, 2028. The District anticipates contracting with Denton County to conduct the election and to use the regular County polling places for the election.
Applications for a place on the ballot may be filed from January 19, 2028, to 5:00 p.m. local time on February 18, 2028. For information about the requirements for filing for candidacy for a position on the Board, please visit the Texas Secretary of State’s candidate website, at https://www.sos.state.tx.us/elections/candidates/index.shtml.

MEETING INFORMATION
The district generally meets on the 3rd Tuesday @ 6:00 p.m. at 2650 FM 407 East, Suite 125, Bartonville, Texas 76226. Specific meeting date/time and location is included on meeting agendas.
Residents of the district have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the district under Water Code Section 49.062(g). A description of this process can be found at https://www.tceq.texas.gov/waterdistricts.
