The District’s next Board of Directors Election is scheduled to be held on November 3, 2026. The location of the Election will be determined upon the District formally ordering the Election and will be then posted on the District’s website.
Interested applicants should request an Application for Place on Ballot from the District’s Designated Agent for Elections, Polley Garza PLLC, by contacting Alison Miller at alison@polleygarza.com or 346-440-1147.
Deadline for Filing for Candidacy:
The deadline to file an application for a place on the November 3, 2026 General Election Ballot is August 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The first day that such application may be filed is July 18, 2026.
Requirements for filing for Candidacy:
To be eligible to be a candidate for the position of Director of the District, a person must:
1. Be at least 18 years old;
2. Be a resident citizen of the State of Texas; and
3. Either own land subject to taxation in the District or be a qualified voter within the District.

MEETING INFORMATION
The district generally meets on the 4th Wednesday of even months @ 11:30 a.m. at 2929 Allen Parkway, Suite 3450, Houston, Texas 77019. Specific meeting date/time and location is included on meeting agendas.
Residents of the district have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the district under Water Code Section 49.062(g). A description of this process can be found at https://www.tceq.texas.gov/waterdistricts.
